Sutaporn Rienvichit – Managing Partner and Legal Counsel
Sutaporn possess strong legal knowledge from the top law school in Thailand and with her more than 26 years of work experience as legal counsel to Thai and various multinational companies. Sutaporn has an expertise in providing legal and tax advice in corporate (including Foreign Business Law), contracts, labor, taxation (tax registration and tax audit), investment laws (BOI and IEAT), property, visa and work permit and other legal aspects for business in Thailand.
the Master Degree in Management with a specialization in the Law and Management, International Program from the College of Management, Mahidol University.

Payungsak Chaisiriprasert – Partner and Litigation Lawyer
Payungsak graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in laws from the Faculty of Laws, Thammasat University and Master of Business in Economics from Graduate School of Development Economics, National Institute of Development Administration (Nida). Payungsak is also an ordinary member of the Thai Bar Association under the Loyal Patronage where he passed an exam in the 58th examination. He is an outstanding litigation lawyer with more than 20 years of practice in both commercial and criminal cases nationwide.
